Dr. Chaudhry is focused on creating value and has held positions at TVM Capital Healthcare, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, Mubadala Healthcare, Makkah Healthcare Cluster, Emerging Health International and Noor Care Health Network. He has a record of establishing world-class healthcare facilities with a strong emphasis on quality and financial sustainability.

Dr. Khalid Siddiqui

Altus Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Khalid Siddiqui offers over 25 years of experience as an emergency medicine physician and healthcare executive, overseeing multiple emergency medicine, ICU and hospital programs across Florida. He previously served as Chair of Emergency Medicine at Aga Khan University Hospital and held key leadership roles at TeamHealth and Winter Haven Hospital, where he specialized in strategic decision-making, patient-centered leadership and financial discipline.

Amir brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience, including over 25 years in the energy sector with industry leaders such as Aramco and BP. His career spans multiple sectors including financial services, manufacturing, communications, and academia, where he has consistently driven strategic alignment, performance excellence, and organizational growth.

A proven financial strategist, Amir played a key role in ensuring readiness for the world’s largest IPO at Aramco, valued at more than $30 billion. His deep expertise in accounting principles, controls and assurance, and regulatory compliance (CMA, SEC, FDIC, FERC, LSE) has made him a trusted leader in managing complex financial operations, multi-billion-dollar P&L oversight, and corporate scorecard development.

Judy Ku

Chief Patient Experience Officer

Judy Ku brings 25 years of expertise in client relations management, business development, sales, and marketing, with experience at Giorgio Armani and LVMH. With involvement in foundation and philanthropic work, she will play a key role in shaping ZT’s customer experience strategy, driving innovative initiatives, and strengthening relationships across all industries ZT serves. Her leadership and deep understanding of luxury and high-touch client engagement will help foster long-term success and meaningful community connections.

Hugh Plummer

Altus Managing Director AHS

Hugh Plummer brings over 22 years of expertise and in the areas of growth, leadership, and strategic solutions. A distinguished Texas trial lawyer and seasoned entrepreneur Hugh is also well known for his litigation expertise and leadership with FinTech specialty finance companies. Hugh has represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies and played a key role, in 2021, as part of an elite legal team, securing a verdict against the United States Air Force for one of the largest mass-shooting tragedies in Texas history. As co-founder and CEO of LitCap, he led the creation of a pioneering litigation finance platform that originated and facilitated over $360 million in funding. At ZT, he contributes valuable insight to private equity investments and strategic healthcare initiatives, leveraging his unique blend of legal acumen, strategic planning, and innovative thinking.

Tadessa J. Williams

VP Human Resources

Tadessa Williams brings over 15 years of experience in strategic human capital management. Since joining ZT Corporate in 2011, she has led HR initiatives across Altus Community Healthcare and ZT’s portfolio, supporting over 1,200 employees and aligning HR practices across 23 entities. Prior to ZT, she served as a regional HR consultant with firms like TriNet and ADP TotalSource. Tadessa holds a BS in Marketing, an MS in HR Management, and an MBA in Global Management, and is PHR-certified by the Society for Human Resource Management.

Gus Forward brings over 15 years of experience leading strategic brand, reputation, and business development initiatives across diverse sectors. With a strong foundation in both B2B and B2C marketing, he has successfully driven high-impact campaigns across multiple service and product industries, consistently enhancing visibility, patient engagement, and market share. Before joining the Altus Community Healthcare leadership team, he held leadership roles at mid-sized and billion-dollar revenue companies such as Lockton Companies, Emerus Holdings Inc. and NewQuest Properties.

Darleen Callahan

VP of Revenue Cycle

Darleen Callahan brings over two decades of experience in medical billing, contracting, and revenue cycle management across both provider and payer environments. Her career began in upstate New York, where she held progressive roles in healthcare operations, including provider relations at BCBS and leading an EPIC implementation team. She also contributed to ICD-10 education initiatives and authored a Patient Financial Guide for a major hospital network.

Kaleem Siddiqui

Kaleem Siddiqui brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management. During his tenure at Emerus Holdings, Inc., he was a key leader in the development and launch of more than 35 micro-hospitals across the country. He guided the organization through rapid expansion and historic supply shortages while positioning Emerus’s centralized supply chain model as an industry benchmark. After Emerus, he served as the Head of Global Logistics, Inventory and Warehousing at Noble Drilling Services, the world’s largest offshore drilling company.
